The Liberation Project is a brand new system that helps you to pivot.  It works with your life by assisting you in redefining daily processes.  Our primary focus is to help you to better understand yourself and apply very simple nutrition guidelines to your life. What lies have you been telling yourself? How are you playing the victim in your own mind in a way that hinders your ability to make real progress?

How does it work?

The project is six weeks long.  We will go through three phases of liberation.  Each phase will focus both on liberation from food and limiting beliefs as well as equip you with real-life application that helps you to implement new productive systems into your life.

The project includes 4 live Zoom calls (also recorded) as well as downloadable materials and recorded videos from your coaches delivered via our exclusive online portal (also accessible via phone app)

Nutrition Simplified: You won’t find an “eating plan” here, but you will find simple guidelines and application tips followed by those who achieve long-term results. 

Going To War With Limiting Beliefs:  Each week we will address a different belief trap that keeps us stuck in unhealthy cycles.  THIS is the most important part of long term success that is too often ignored.  Get ready to dive deep!

Action Steps:  The best program in the world is useless without real-life action.  The Liberation Project seeks to teach you not just WHAT to do, but how to implement it into your life in a way that fits your lifestyle and preferences.

Women have no space for time-sucking programs, unattainable fitness programs, nor complicated recipes.  You’ll find none of that here.  Simplified nutrition and 4 short and effective optional workouts are included. 

Our online portal allows you to communicate with your coaches and other participants (no social media required)

Who Is This Program For?
Women who are ready to break up with their toxic relationships with food.  While we expect that many will experience fat loss as we implement our system, however our primary goal is improved relationships with food and relief from imposed barriers to success.

Who Is This Program NOT For?
Those looking for a quick and easy weight loss solution or specific meal plan.

Do you have to be a patient of RIH to participate?
No. This project is open to everyone.

What’s the Investment?
As we welcome our debut group of ladies ready to embark on this journey together, we are extending a discounted rate for the 6 week program.  An optional bundle of discounted useful products is also available but not required.  Sign ups until October 19th are $150. After October 19th the price is $200. The deadline for signing up is October 31st.

What Happens After I join?
Look out for an email from us with your login information.  Remember that this can go to junk.  Be sure to look for the email right away.

What are the program dates? 
Sign ups end on November 1st. Our first Zoom call will take place on November 4th at 12pm. All videos will be recorded and uploaded to our online portal and app.  The last program session will be on December 16th.
