Our program is led by health coach Jane Burnette and healthy living advocate Emily Saunders—both mothers who understand the real-world challenges of raising healthy families. With 8 kids between us, from college age to toddlers, we get it.

Our program begins January 7th and will meet each Tuesday in January at 12pm via Zoom.  Go ahead and add those dates to your calendar!! All sessions will be recorded and our content will be housed on our platform that can be accessed from any device via web or free mobile app.
