    I used to be a huge consumer of cereal! Unfortunately, factory-made cereals do not make for great health foods! Try my favorite homemade version, which also provides gut-nourishing ingredients! I'm confident your kids will love this too!

    Coach Cheryl's Homemade Gut Nourishing Cereal

    • 1/4 cup grain-free granola (found at Costco) -If you can't have the ingredients, create your own mix of chopped nuts that you can have. Or, if you can have oats, you can sub this mix with 1/4 c of organic oats.
    • 3T unsweetened shredded coconut
    • 1/4 c of organic berries or cherries (I love frozen, especially out of season)
    • 1/2 c of unsweetened coconut yogurt plus 1/4 c unsweetened coconut milk

    • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
    • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

    Mix coconut yogurt, collagen powder, coconut milk, vanilla and cinnamon together in a bowl. Top with granola or oats, fruit and coconut! Enjoy!
